With 20 years of corporate work experience under her belt, Sharon Cook quickly achieved success as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX International, earning the reputable 100 Percent and Executive Club sales awards.  Within 4 years, Sharon started her own brokerage, NoCo Realty, Inc., specializing in 'menu-driven' real estate services for home buyers and sellers in Northern Colorado (NoCo).  This independent business model offers all of the services of a traditional brokerage with the added benefit of custom options and cost savings for clients to choose from.
