RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST: LOVELAND, FORT COLLINS, WINDSOR, 'FRONT RANGE' COMMUNITIES

Sharon Cook moved to Colorado from SoCal in 1972--raised in Loveland and has since lived/worked in a number of cities along Colorado's Front Range. Cook graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management and was elected captain of CSU's swim team. In the late 80's, she renovated an historic building in downtown Loveland and opened The Peaks Cafe, a popular hangout for local sculptors.  From there, Cook transitioned into the hospitality industry in Ft. Collins as Restaurant Manager for two renowned hotels, the Marriott and Hilton. She then worked in the media industry for 10 years, first in Marketing/Advertising at Interweave Press (Loveland, CO) and then as Conference Manager for the world's largest natural products tradeshows, produced by New Hope Natural Media (Boulder, CO).  Cook obtained her real estate license in 2004 and started her own company, NoCo Realty, Inc. in 2008. In August, 2013 NoCo Realty joined forces with C3 Real Estate Solutions in Fort Collins, CO.  Northern Colorado is the ideal place to raise her son, Dylan and to enjoy the unique quality of life this region has to offer.
